What is the return policy for Lively products?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the device in its original condition for a full refund of the hardware cost.
Do I need a separate cellular plan for my Lively phone or medical alert?
Yes, Lively devices require a monthly talk, text, or health and safety package. These plans are powered by the nation’s most reliable wireless network and do not require a long-term contract.
Is the Lively Wearable2 waterproof?
The Lively Wearable2 is water-resistant with an IPX7 rating, meaning it can be submerged in up to 3 feet of water for up to 30 minutes. It is safe to wear in the shower.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Can I keep my existing phone number if I switch to a Lively phone?
